Akrapovic "Evolution" and "Racing" Full Exhaust Systems in Steel and Titanium for the all new 2010 YZ450F

The Akrapovic Racing and Evolution complete exhaust systems are the championship winning flagships of our product lines. They are designed for competition-oriented MX riders who demand maximum performance from their exhaust systems, made of extremely durable high grade titanium. With their production quality, engine performance improvements, weight reduction and modern Hexagonal muffler design they satisfy even top pro racers. In the USA they are available with an approved spark arrestor. Our patented additional chamber helps to reduce noise emission and provides better power and torque delivery.

For the 2010 YZ450F Racing exhaust system we use stainless steel tubes and a composite end cap, but for a few extra bucks you can have the Evolution full exhaust system that uses titanium tubes with a carbon-fiber end cap for the 2010 YZ 450 F.

Power and Torque: The Akrapovic Evolution and Racing systems deliver a performance increase throughout the bottom and top rpm range. The systems deliver increased torque through entire power curve, that will additionally help at reducing lap times on the track. Max. increased power of 2.5 HP was measured at 10000 rpm, while max. power of 53.6 HP was measured at 9300 rpm.

The power gains are siginificant on the Evolution and Racing versions of the 2010 Akrapovic exhaust system; more importantly, this pipe smooths out the powerband to make more usable power from the brutal low punch all the way up through high-revving horsepower. James 'Bubba' Stewart's 2010 Factory Yamaha YZ450F utilizes this full exhaust system.

Our sporty and lightweight SLIP-ON exhaust system for the all-new 2010 YZ450F offers a great balance between price and performance and represent the first step in the exhaust system tuning process. The muffler outer sleeve is made of titanium, which is ultra light and gives it a special hi-tech touch. The system we sell for the USA is designed with an approved spark arrestor.

Power & Torque: The Akrapovic Slip-on system delivers a performance increase throughout the bottom and top rpm range of the 2010 YZ450F, and all other available models for that matter. The system delivers increased torque through the entire power curve that will help in reducing lap times on the track. Max. increased power of 1.7 HP was measured at 9800 rpm, while max. power of 53.3 HP was measured at 9350 rpm.

The ZacSpeed Exotec SP-3 protector pack system has been specially designed for off-road motorcycle riders and is the result of two years of solid development and testing. Designed to be the most comfortable and efficient ways to protect yourself while carrying all your gear, it is manufactured with the most durable of materials available to withstand any abuse you can throw at it.

A polycarbonate chassis, is padded against the body via dual molded Biofoam to greatly improve comfort. This form follows through to the back pack that has a pre-curved articulating pack shield that allows the back pack to constantly follow the changing curvature of a rider in motion. The ZacSpeed Exotec SP-3 has three adjustments points on the chest plate and two in the back pack that allow a full range of fine tuning adjustments to be made for different body shapes and sizes.

The quad load distribution straps on the Zacspeed Exotec SP-3 spread the weight of the backpack to remove the pendulum effect on the rider and ensure all day comfort. Put simply, the Exotec protector pack’s revolutionary design works with no compromises. It’s simply a better way!

The Exotec RP-3 protector pack system has been specially designed for off-road motorcycle riders who require a lighter pack with less storage than the SP-3. The quick access hydration pocket speeds up refilling in a race situation while the quality construction and shared features of the SP-3 make it a winning setup for any off-road rider. Designed to be the most comfortable and efficient ways to protect yourself while carrying your hydration needs as well as space for selected tools, spare gloves, a spray jacket, etc, it is manufactured with the most durable of materials available to withstand any abuse you can throw at it.
